It is encircled by numerous fantastic medieval towns, and only 25 km from the Adriatic Sea.

Our country-estate, 'Country house Montesoffio', stands on 6.5 hectare of biological farmland. The former farmhouse, now converted into a 'agriturismo', is situated atop the highest point on the estate, far away from traffic and neighbours. The house is surrounded by a large garden, with some smaller buildings, fruit- and olive-trees and a certified biological vineyard. The estate is an ideal starting point for cultural trips, a trip to the beach or just a lovely place to rest. The country-estate has lots of corners to find relaxation in the warmth of the sun or the shade under the trees. With little or no traffic in the area, it is ideal for children to play freely.
