Around the house you can always find a good spot in the sun or in the shade of the many surrounding trees. When the summer really gets hot, there is always an cooling breeze on our hill. The same breeze which accounts for its name 'Monte soffio' ('mountain breeze'). In this breeze and looking out over the fields en forested streams down below, life is good.

For everybody there are lots of different kind of garden furniture, hammocks and outside terraces to eat, read and relax and playing grounds for the children. There is also a large unheated swimming-pool - available from May until October - with a panoramic view across the country-side. When the sun sets and darkness comes, the fire flies start there mating rituals, the crickets start chirping and later in the evening the nightingales start singing.
