A place for tranquil relaxation

Imagine the chance to enjoy peace and quiet, fresh air and the opportunity to recharge your energy. How about a holiday with the family or a group of friends? Perhaps it's time to be alone to finish that book you always wanted to write? Or maybe you just want a rustic place somewhere - to simply relax? Here, you are sure to find that special spot – lying in a hammock in the orchard, strolling among the grapevines or sitting beside the creek. No neighbors, no traffic, just peace and the sound of undisturbed nature.

In the beautiful hilly landscape of Pesaro-Urbino we have found the perfect place. It is encircled by numerous fantastic medieval towns, and only 25 km from the Adriatic Sea. 

Our country-estate, Country House Montesoffio, stands on 6.5 hectors of biological farmland. A former farmhouse, now converted into a 'Country house', is situated atop the highest point on the estate, far away from traffic and neighbors.  Surrounding the house are quaint farm buildings, fruit and olive trees and a certified biological vineyard. The estate is an ideal starting point for cultural trips, a trip to the beach or just a lovely place to rest. The country-estate has lots of corners to find relaxation in the warmth of the sun or in some shade under the trees. With little or no traffic in the area, it is ideal for children to play freely. We also have a large unheated swimming pool available from May until October.

Choose from our Apartments or our Bed & Breakfast accommodation

We have eight beautiful, comfortable apartments and four splendid B&B rooms available. Our lovely swimming pool has a panoramic view across the countryside.

There are 6 two-room apartments and 2 three-room apartments for up to six persons. All the apartments (40 - 60 m2) have their entrance on the ground floor. They all feature a combination living-dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, one or two bedrooms and an outside terrace. One of our apartments is fully equipped to accommodate disabled guests.

Ideally, apartments can be rented from Saturday to Saturday. However, on request we can also arrange for your visit to begin on another day of the week. A minimum stay of three days is possible, as well, but only when combined with at least one breakfast and one dinner.

The 4 B & B rooms (25 - 30 m2) are located on the first floor with a nice view and private bathrooms. The rooms each have their own water heater and a shared refrigerator in the small central hall. The B & B rooms can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. A minimum stay of two days is possible, if one dinner is included.

Food and drink

Join us on the terrace or in the dining hall with the other guests to enjoy our home cooked Italian meals and dinners. These are served at large wooden tables in a very special atmosphere-ambience. Whenever possible, we use our homegrown vegetables, olive oil and herbs. The wine we serve has its origins in our own or other local vineyards.
